Every Zoom call becomes part of the relationship record

OAuth into Zoom in five minutes. Every meeting, every participant, and every call you've taken is pulled in, mapped to the right contact, and stitched into the journal automatically.

Overbriefed relationship memory platform

Overbriefed Overbriefed Overbriefed

What gets pulled from Zoom

Meeting metadata: when, who attended, duration, recurrence. Participant emails, mapped to GHL contacts where they exist. Transcripts, if you have them enabled. Recording links, if recording is on. Everything stitched into one continuous story per person.

  • Meeting metadata and participants
  • Transcripts when enabled
  • Recording links and durations

What it changes about how you work

You stop wondering when you last met with a client. You stop checking your calendar to remember who was on the call. You stop reconstructing the conversation from scattered notes. Every Zoom call you've ever had becomes part of the same relationship memory — queryable through chat in seconds.

  • Stops the calendar archaeology
  • Every call cross-referenced with GHL and Slack
  • Walk into the next call already in context

Zoom integration questions

What people ask before they OAuth their Zoom account.

Does this require a Zoom recording bot?

No. Overbriefed connects via OAuth and pulls call metadata and participant data directly from your Zoom account. There's no third bot joining your meetings, no awkward 'note-taker' showing up in the participant list, no notification to attendees.

  • OAuth-based, no recording bot
  • Nobody else joins your meetings
Does it pull transcripts or just metadata?

Both, depending on what you have configured. If you have Zoom's built-in transcription enabled, those transcripts flow into the journal. If you use Fathom for transcription, connect Fathom too — the two integrations cover both worlds.

  • Pulls transcripts when available
  • Pair with Fathom for full coverage
How does it map participants to contacts?

Email match by default. The participant's email from the Zoom meeting is matched to the contact in your GoHighLevel sub-account. If a participant isn't in GHL yet, they become a contact in the journal directly.

  • Email match against GHL contacts
  • New participants become journal entries automatically
What about private or sensitive meetings?

You control which Zoom account is connected. If you have a personal account and a work account, only connect the one you want indexed. The journal mirrors your access — nothing more.

  • Connect only the account you want indexed
  • Granular per-account control
Does this work with Zoom Phone calls?

Zoom Phone integration is on the roadmap for users who use Zoom for both meetings and calls. Beta members shape the roadmap order — if Zoom Phone matters to you, email support@overbriefed.com.

  • Zoom meetings supported today
  • Zoom Phone on the roadmap
How do I disconnect Zoom?

From inside Overbriefed or from your Zoom account settings — your call. Disconnecting stops new data from flowing in. Existing meetings already in the journal stay unless you delete them.

  • Disconnect from either side
  • Existing data stays unless you delete it
